1. What are my shipping options?

Peeks Cosmetics ships through United States Postal Service (USPS). Peeks Cosmetics ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States. Peeks Cosmetics does not ship Internationally only in the US.

 

2. What happens if my order is Damaged?

When your order arrives, inspect your product if your products is damaged please contact customer service number 407-719-4953 or via customer service email at peekscosmetics@gmail.com. Provide your Name, Telephone number and Order Number and Customer Service will contact you within 24-72 hours

3. What do you do with damaged products?

Peeks Cosmetics does not keep damaged products once they are returned back to us. We throw any returned damaged items in the trash!

4. Contacting and placing a Peeks Cosmetics order on holidays?

Peeks Cosmetics will receive your email and/or orders we will resend a return email to your email address stating someone will contact you after the holiday and/or a email letting you know your order will be process after the holidays

 

5. How long will it take to get a refund?

Peeks Cosmetics DOES NOT HONOR REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! exchanges only!!! On unsealed products. Please, make sure the product you order is the correct color and product before you got to checkout

 

6. Are Peeks Cosmetics tested on animals?

No!!! Peeks Cosmetics products is not tested on animals at all. Peeks Cosmetics products are gluten free based products. You can find all ingredients listed on the products seals and made in the United States

 

7. Will you ship to a PO Box address?

Yes. Peeks Cosmetics does ship to your PO Box address.

 

8. What happens if my order is lost and/or stolen?

Peeks Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. When placing your order please make sure that your address is correct before checking out.

 

9. Is Peeks Cosmetics website secured?

Yes! Peeks Cosmetics understand customers privacy is important. Peeks Cosmetics shoppers information is safe and secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

 

10. Do you accept wholesale orders?

11. How can I find Peeks Cosmetics products in stores?

You will only be able to purchase Peeks Cosmetics products online ONLY!!!

 

12. Will I be able to get Peeks Cosmetics samples?

Peeks Cosmetics does not carry or mail out samples of any of our products

 

13. When will my order be processed?

Peeks Cosmetics will process orders when your order comes into the system data base. Any orders received after 3pm your order will be processed the next business day

 

14. What about Peeks Cosmetics Policies?

We at Peeks Cosmetics LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
