Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: that Peeks Cosmetics does not ship internationally only in the US
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
The shipments will be easily identified by Peeks Cosmetics shipping labels. Larger size orders will require a signature upon delivery.

You may exchange most new, unopened items within 3 business days of delivery for an exchange. These items may not be exchanged because the packaging is not sealed: primer, eye shadow and nail polish.
If you need to exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You (Customer) are responsible for postage costs.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the exchanged item.You will receive a credit in your account for the amount of your exchange minus a 20% restocking fee. Then you can use your credit to purchase the new product.
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
