Peeker's In Women's Health Magazine many women don't know how to apply their liquid lipstick. Liquid lipstick can be a little messing; some may even be to runny but lipstick is fun to wear. Here are some tips on how to apply your liquid lipsticks on perfectly.

1. Use a hydration your lips needs to be exfoliated to provide proper penetration. Mix sugar, some oils like emollient, coconut or olive oil and rub on your lips for 30 seconds and remove with a towel or napkin

2. Always choose a lip pencil lighter than the lipstick your using. Use a lip pencil to fill in your lips. Using a lip pencil it can prevent the liquid lipstick from settling into the lines. 

3. When applying your lipstick make sure you have a wand applicator it helps the lipstick go on more smoothly. Apply first in the middle of your lips and spread the color outwards on both side of your lips and rub your lips together and apply more if needed for a more dramatic look
